What We Did

Campbell’s tapped our white-glove end-to-end presentation design service. We crafted a fresh, modern visual theme and meticulously refined each slide to ensure messaging clarity, helping presenters connect effectively with their audience.

The result: A coherent, visually engaging story that resonated strongly with their investors.

The Situation: Campbell’s at a Pivotal Moment

Campbell’s found itself at a pivotal juncture. Shifting consumer habits, combined with the acquisition of the highly-regarded Rao’s brand from Sovos, had strengthened its Meals business. Additionally, Campbell’s had built a strong track record of executing with precision and consistently meeting its guidance. With these elements in place, the company was ready to reposition its investor value proposition—and Investor Day would serve as the ideal platform to bring that story to life.

Our Opportunity: Bringing a New Campbell’s to Life

Investor Day was more than an update; it was a chance to redefine Campbell’s story, debuting a bold new vision, strategy, and long-term targets. Grounded in consumer insights and key CPG trends like GLP-1, eCommerce, and the rise of in-home cooking, the story needed to be visual, bold, and compelling. To bring this to life, Campbell’s partnered with OUTKREATE for our presentation expertise in investor relations, and for our domain knowledge of the CPG industry.

Our Solution

1. Bold Style Reinvention

We delivered a bold, cohesive style that transformed Campbell’s traditional look. The striking, visually dynamic aesthetic integrated rich colors, powerful headlines, and clear messaging. From this fresh design language, we crafted a presentation that was both compelling and concise, creating a strong new visual identity for Campbell’s investor communications.

2. High-Touch Creative Direction and Extensive Project Management

Our Creative Lead, Scott Latyn, provided hands-on, white-glove support, effectively operating as part of Campbell’s extended team. Collaborating closely with the CIRO and senior leadership, we refined every detail—from animations to slide transitions—to bring each presenter’s vision to life.

We coordinated seamlessly across four key teams (CEO, CFO, both business segments, and over 12 senior executives) to streamline the process and reduce stress for the CIRO. 

3. On-Site Support at NASDAQ for a Flawless Event

In the final week leading up to Investor Day at the NASDAQ venue, our Creative Lead was on-site to conduct technical dry runs, ensuring seamless AV integration and troubleshooting any issues in advance.

We also provided hands-on support during live rehearsals with Campbell’s leadership, making real-time adjustments as needed. This proactive approach allowed presenters to focus on their message with confidence, underscoring OUTKREATE’s commitment to a smooth, stress-free Investor Day experience.

For CEO Mark Clouse’s extensive portion, we designed engaging and dynamic transitions to transform complex messaging into a well-paced, audience-friendly presentation. This approach helped the CEO make a strong opening statement and set an inspiring tone for the day.

Business Segments
Distinct yet Unified: Snacks & Meals & Beverages

The Snacks and Meals & Beverages sections required distinct visual identities that still felt cohesive. By using Campbell’s internal color identifiers (orange for Snacks, red for Meals & Beverages) and consistent data layouts, we created clear narratives for each division while maintaining brand unity.

Data-Driven Clarity in the CFO’s Long-Term Outlook

For the CFO’s presentation, we crafted clear, scannable data visualization suited for analysts, with a neutral color scheme that de-emphasized red to keep financial data digestible and memorable. This section supported the CFO in delivering complex information with simplicity and impact.

The Results: A "Cohesive", Well-Received Investor Day

Our Creative Lead attended the event in person, gaining valuable firsthand insights. Each speaker delivered their message with clarity, and the presentation was well-received by attendees. After the event, Campbell’s CIRO reached out to share positive feedback from both her internal team and the investors and analysts present. A common compliment was that the presentation felt exceptionally “cohesive”—a testament to the strong alignment in messaging and design.
