Streamlining the Flow for Clarity

We started by rethinking the purpose, agenda, and structure. Using our earnings framework and insights from the perception study, we simplified the agenda to ensure a logical, straightforward flow. Clear roles for the Executive Chair, CEO, and CFO eliminated redundancy while ensuring key messages were delivered effectively.

Highlighting What Matters Most

In collaboration with the IR team, we refined the presentation, reducing it from 25–30+ slides to about 15 highly focused “money slides” that spotlighted the most critical information for analysts and investors.

Modernizing the Deck for Simplicity and Impact

We transformed Linamar’s earnings deck with a fresh, modern visual style that replaced its earlier, less polished design. Clean fonts, dynamic imagery, and advanced data visualization techniques elevated the presentation into a more professional and visually impactful tool.

By streamlining slide content, we helped presenters move away from reading off slides, enabling them to deliver compelling voice overs instead. The refreshed slides made complex information easier to grasp while keeping the audience visually engaged.

The Results

Prepared remarks were reduced to 23 minutes—about 30% shorter than the average of the last three calls—thanks to a streamlined agenda and focused slide content. This concise approach made Linamar’s call and materials more engaging and effective for its audience.
